Great location near a large supermarket, quiet room with an open bathroom and all necessary amenities.

The idea to include a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge in the a double room was nice. That hotel was in a particularly good and stunning location, in the middle of jackson. Spent our evenings in nearby Buffalo Wild Wings enjoying drinks and atmosphere...

The staff were not always friendly, didn't expect that coming.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal with a cute shop area and restaurants within walking distance. It was so convenient to have a Meijer right next door for anything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the rooms were spacious, especially since we had a suite. The staff provided excellent customer service, always friendly and helpful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a great stay at the Towneplace Suites in Oak Creek! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby shop area and restaurants. Being right next to a Meijer was also a bonus. The rooms were clean and spacious, especially since I had a suite. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and excellent service.
